If cancel due to weather, mechanical issues, or health reasons, you’ll receive a refund or credit for a future fishing adventure or tour. All anglers must sign a liability and safety waiver and have valid fishing license before there fishing adventure start.

By taking part in these activities, participants agree to assume full responsibility for any risks involved and release Nathan’s Fishing Adventures from any claims or responsibility arising from injury, loss of life, or damages or more. All children or minors are the responsibility of their supervising parent or legal guardian.
