We understand that weather can be unpredictable, and we’re happy to offer rescheduling options when conditions don’t cooperate. Our goal is to provide the best possible fishing and tour experience for every customers; however, fishing is seasonal and highly dependent on natural conditions. Weather, water temperature, wind and time of year all play a major role in fish activity and catching.
For this reason, we do not offer refunds for charters that experience slower fishing rates. If you’d like to learn more about what to expect during your fishing trip, please feel free to contact us before booking we’re always happy to help.

(All Fishing Gear and Safety Equipment is included with your Fishing Charters.)
(A Deposit of $150 for Half Day, $200 Mid-Day, $250 for Full Day to Holds Your Date.) Deposits aren’t refundable if you cancel within 21 days, but you’ll get a refund with 30+ days’ notice. If cancel due to weather, mechanical issues, or health reasons, you’ll receive a refund or credit for a future fishing trip or tour. All anglers must sign a liability and safety waiver and have valid fishing license before there trip start.
By taking part in these activities, participants agree to assume full responsibility for any risks involved and release Nathan’s Fishing Adventures from any claims or responsibility arising from injury, loss, or damages or more. All children or minors are the responsibility of their supervising parent or legal guardian.
